Court commitments can commit themselves any day of the week between of 6:00 am and 8:00 am. You will need to bring a current valid Washington state drivers license and a copy of the court commitment.

If you are requesting a copy of a report prepared by the Sunnyside Police Department with regard to any incident investigated by the Sunnyside Police Department, please complete the public records request form and return it to the Sunnyside Police Department. The City will respond to your request within five (5) business days. Our response will be to either, (1) provide the record, (2) request clarification of the request, (3) notify you additional time is needed and provide an estimate and explanation, or (4) deny the request.

Concealed pistol permits are issued through the Sunnyside Police Department. You must live within the city limits of Sunnyside. You must apply in person at 401 Homer Street, Sunnyside, WA 98944. If this is an original request, please apply on Wednesdays for fingerprinting.

Dog licenses can be obtained at the Sunnyside Police Department.
