📢 Spanish Interpretation Available During  Regular City Council Meeting start Tuesday, May 28, 2024! 📢

We are excited to offer Spanish interpretation for our community's convenience and remain committed to providing equal access to important information for all residents. 

To listen to the City Council Meetings in Spanish you must download the Zoom app and follow these steps:

1. Join the Zoom Meeting: Click the link provided in our previous post or go to the official City Council Meeting agenda page to find the link to the Zoom meeting.

2. Select Interpretation Option: When entering the meeting, you will be prompted to choose your language preference. Select "Spanish" to navigate to the interpreted portion of the meeting.

3. Listen and Interpret: During the interpreted portion of the meeting, you will hear the meeting audio translated into Spanish. To follow the interpretation, please wear headphones to ensure clear audio and prevent any disruption for other participants.

Please note that there may be occasional technical issues that may arise as we implement this new feature. We kindly ask that everyone remain patient as we work to address any issues that may arise. 📢 ¡Interpretación en español disponible durante las juntas regulares del Concejo Municipal! 📢

Nos complace ofrecer interpretación en español para la conveniencia de nuestra comunidad y seguimos comprometidos a brindar acceso equitativo a información importante para todos los residentes.

Para escuchar las Reuniones del Ayuntamiento en español debes descargar la aplicación Zoom y seguir estos pasos:

1. Únase a la junta de Zoom: haga clic en el enlace proporcionado en nuestra publicación anterior o vaya a la página oficial de la agenda de la junta del Concejo Municipal para encontrar el enlace a la junta de Zoom.

2. Seleccione la opción de interpretación: al ingresar a la junta, se le pedirá que elija su preferencia de idioma. Seleccione "Español" para navegar a la parte interpretada de la junta.

3. Escuche e interprete: durante la parte interpretada de la reunión, escuchará el audio de la reunión traducido al español. Para seguir la interpretación, use auriculares para garantizar un audio claro y evitar interrupciones para los demás participantes.

Tenga en cuenta que pueden surgir problemas técnicos ocasionales a medida que implementamos esta nueva función. Les pedimos amablemente que todos tengan paciencia mientras trabajamos para abordar cualquier problema que pueda surgir.
