This will be a SEALED BID, meaning: All bidders will submit a bid with the proper BID FORM in a SEALED ENVELOPE to City Hall within the scheduled bid dates/time frames listed below.

Start Bid Date & Time: April 15, 2024 @ 9:00 AM

End Bid Date & Time: April 26, 2024 @ 4:30 PM

In-Person Viewing Info:

If you would like to view the items in person, you may do so between the following hours & set locations.

Viewing time frame is: Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Water Division Items will be available to view @ 409 E. Lincoln Ave

Parks Division, Street Division & IT Division Items will be available to view @ 1509 S. 6^th Street

Additional Important Info:

• When will the sealed bids be opened?
  1. The sealed bid envelopes will be opened on April 29, 2024
• When will the Highest Bidder of the item(s) be notified?
  1. The highest bidder of the bidding item(s) will be contacted the following day on April 30, 2024 by email w/ an Invoice included for the winning item
• When & how does the Highest Bidder pay for the winning item(s)?
  1. The highest bidder will pay for the winning item @ City Hall
  2. The Invoice must be paid PRIOR to picking up the winning bid item(s)
• What do I do once I have paid for the winning item @ City Hall?
  1. You will take the receipt to the designated area to pick up your winning item(s)
• When do I need to pick up the winning item(s)?
  1. The winning item must be picked up by 2:00pm on May 3^rd, 2024
• Please make sure you are available to pay & pick up your item(s) up within the dates listed above
• IF THE ITEM IS NOT PAID PRIOR TO THE PICK UP DATE OF MAY 3^RD, 2024 THEN THE ITEM WILL BE OFFERED TO THE 2^ND HIGHEST BIDDER.
