We are currently experiencing technical issues with our Public Records Request Portal (Granicus/GovQA). At this time, the City Clerk is unable to access the system to view or respond to requests due today.

This is a third-party system managed by an external vendor, and the City does not have internal access to reset or restore login functionality. We have already contacted the vendor for assistance and expect the issue to be resolved once their offices reopen tomorrow.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. Once access is restored, all pending requests and messages will be addressed as soon as possible.
