NOTICE OF CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Proposed Preliminary Long Plat to subdivide approximately 3.51 acres into 17-lots in the R-2 zoning district. 

 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: This request requires that the City Council hold a closed record public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, which is scheduled for September 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, at the Law and Justice Center, 401 Homer St. Sunnyside, WA 98944. Any party of record desiring to express their views on the matter is invited to attend the hearing to provide testimony, however, as this is a closed record public hearing, testimony is limited to that which is already on the record – no new information may be introduced. Please reference file number (PLP-25-1, SEPA-25-2) and the project name (Fairview Heights) in any correspondence you submit. You can send your comments to:
