NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: This request requires that the City Council hold a closed record public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, which is scheduled for September 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, at the Law and Justice Center, 401 Homer St. Sunnyside, WA 98944. Any party of record desiring to express their views on the matter is invited to attend the hearing to provide testimony, however, as this is a closed record public hearing, testimony is limited to that which is already on the record – no new information may be introduced.
