Subject:          City Council Appoints Jim Bridges as Interim City Manager

On June 9, 2025, the City Council voted 4–3 to appoint Jim Bridges as Interim City Manager. He will serve in this role through July 2, 2025, during the current City Manager’s administrative leave.

Mr. Bridges brings prior experience as both Public Works Director and Interim City Manager for the City of Sunnyside. His appointment ensures continued leadership and operational stability for the City during this period.
