Invoices to the Highest Bidders are officially being emailed today, 04/30/2024. Please keep an eye out for those emails!!! You should receive an email no later than 5:00pm.
I received My Email: What do I do next?
- Pay for your Invoice @ City Hall, located at 818 E. Edison Ave. in Sunnyside
- Schedule a pick-up date & time for the winning bid item(s)
- The Invoice MUST be paid PRIOR to picking up the winning bid item(s)
- Save your receipt as you will have to provide that receipt for pick up
What do I do after paying my Invoice?
- Take your Invoice, Receipt & ID to the location you viewed your item(s) at
- Keep in mind you will need to pick up the winning item(s) based off of the scheduled date & time that was coordinated at the time of payment
- The winning item(s) must be picked up by 2:00pm on Friday, May 03, 2024
Were you the highest bidder of a Vehicle?
- Stay tuned for additional info as we will need to coordinate keys, titles, bill of sale, etc.
IF THE ITEM(S) ARE NOT PAID FOR PRIOR TO THE PICK UP DATE OF MAY 03, 2024 THEN THE ITEM WILL BE OFFERED TO THE 2ND HIGEST BIDDER.
