Biography

Councilor Hicks was elected to the Sunnyside City Council in November 2011 and is serving his first term. His term (Position 7) will expire December 31, 2023.

Councilor Hicks served on the Planning Commission from November 10, 2010 to December 13, 2011 prior to being elected to City Council.
