Mission

The Sunnyside Fire Department is dedicated to providing a professional level of emergency services to the citizens of the City of Sunnyside and the surrounding area, to effectively reduce the loss of life and damage to property at incidents that do occur, and provide proactive programs in fire prevention and public education.

We will accomplish this through cooperative efforts and by using available funding in a cost effective manner; by seeking out and utilizing new technologies, partnership opportunities, and ideas to meet the diverse needs of our community; and by providing support, training, and encouragement to the members of our Fire Department.
