Services

The Information Technology Division relies on its own internal staff, plus the assistance of external partners, to provide all computer related services for the City. These services include:

• Administration of the City’s application, database, email, and file servers
• Design and maintenance of the local and wide area networks (LANs / WANs) that connect the City offices and plants
• Design and support of the telephone systems, and the evaluation and acquisition of IT assets used throughout the City
• Support of all workstations, laptops, printers, copiers, and cameras
